How do you work with your clients?
All communications are by email. Once I receive your request and payment is received via PayPal, I will email you back within 1-2 days acknowledging your request and advising when you will receive your reading. This is usually within two to seven days depending on workload.
What type of questions work best for a reading?
It's best if you can start your question with, How can I?, What's best for me?, What do I need to know?, etc. This way, the questions are more directed towards the energy surrounding your situation, allowing messages from the cards to provide greater insight into the choices or possibilities for you to consider.
How many questions can I ask for a single reading?
You can ask up to three questions that relate to the type of reading you have requested.
I will contact you by email if I need more clarification on the questions or situation you have requested the reading for.
I would like a reading for more than one aspect in my life, what type of reading service is the best one for me?
The best reading for you would be the self-awareness reading. A self-awareness reading offers many benefits including what to release and let go of to allow the energy surrounding you flow freely. Manifestation of your desires and goals for all parts of your life happen a lot faster when your energy centres are unblocked.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all payments through PayPal.
Do you offer Refunds?
Once a reading has commenced, payment is non-refundable because a whole lot of time, energy and love is invested into your situation at your request.
Do you offer Skype or in-person readings?
I offer readings by email only, your reading is attached as a PDF document.
